Things You Need to Know
We founded NOT A DELI with one goal in mind: giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. We conduct business according to the same values, knowing that better service equals loyal customers. Order Processing
How We Do It
Please allow 1-7 business days (excluding weekends + holidays for us to fulfill, package and ship your orders. Orders will be shipped out on a weekly basis each Sunday. During an holiday closures, orders will be pushed to the next shipment date and customers will be notified of this delay.
Refund & Exchange
The Small Print
Please note we do not allow returns or exchanges on our products. All items are final sale. Our products go through a quality check before being sent out. We only replace items if they are defective. If there is an issue with your items please send a photo/video of the damage via email at support@notadeli.com with your order number and we’ll see what we can do!

If you have an issue with your order, requests for refunds or replacements must be made within 30 days of receipt. Refunds will only be made to the same form of payment used in original order.

Please make sure that your shipping address is correctly entered at checkout. This includes appropriate formatting (ie. abbreviations, apartment/suite numbers and other route information). We do not take responsibility for lost or incorrectly delivered shipments due to misspelled and/or incorrect address input at the time of purchase. If you need to change your shipping address, you must email us at support@notadeli.com with your order number and ‘shipping address change’ in the subject line.

Cancellations
About Our Policy
Once an order has been fulfilled and marked as shipped, we do no accept refunds or cancellations.
If you would like to cancel an order that has not been shipped out yet, please contact us within 24hrs of placing your order and we will return the original amount, minus any non-refundable processing fees.
